Tonya helped us with the sale of our property in the South Sound. I contacted a few realtors in the area and from the moment we spoke on the phone, I was impressed by Tonya’s knowledge and the manner with which she explained the entire process to us. Tonya was extremely knowledgeable about buying strategically. My fiancé and I were looking for our first home, and Tonya helped us make the right decision for our long term goals. She also did an amazing job communicating with our loan officer, title company, etc. in addition to negotiating the best price for our situation. We are so blessed to get the amazing home we bought at the price we got it.
Tonya was very responsive and worked quickly to help me buy my first home. She helped me through the process and made everything feel less overwhelming. Definitely recommend working with her.

Tonya is great at her job. She is very easy to work with and is a hard worker! She basically did the other realtor’s job, so he should probably give her a 5 star review as well!
