Giving Tonya a 10/10!! She was absolutely amazing through my whole homebuying process. It was a long and complicated process due to a renovation loan but Tonya made the process so much easier. The communication was on point every and anytime I had questions. She kept the communication with all other parties to make sure we we're on track to close, she went out of her way to get things done to take stress off of me. I would recommend Tonya 100 times over!
