Very unhappy with a poor surgical result. Misalignment of the knee to the degree I ended up with is not acceptable. His dismissive and arrogant response was the icing on the cake.
From the minute you walk into the building everyone is friendly and helpful. They know what to do and check in to check out goes smoothly
