I recently was contacted by the folks at Tony Serra Ford who told me one of my vehicles had an outstanding recall notice from Ford. They not only informed me of the recall, but additionally they came to my home to take care of the recall issue. (Computer update) The gentleman who came out were punctual, friendly, and professional.
