Service was done in a reasonable amount of time. The people at the service desk were kind, polite and answered my questions. My experience was pleasant at Tony Serra Ford in Sylacauga.
Best quality and friendly service you will ever get . I will not take my vehicle anywhere else .
The service department is worthless. I live an hour and a half away but it is the closest ford dealer to me so I have no other choice. Iva had to drive to them and back three separate times for one issue and they haven’t fixed it yet. They give no information that is needed and it feels like I’m the one doing all the work.
