I have always opposed going to a dealership for maintenance, due in part to price and customer service. I just moved to Hawaii and my door motor for my window went out after 90,000 miles. So they replaced it, and it was expensive as you would expect. The new one recently went out after only 17 months, however it was 5 months over dealership's warrant. I am very disapointed with the autoplex. I bought a truck from there and a year later the drive shaft assembly needs to be replaced. Being that I was never in an accident or hit anything I know I didn't dent the drive shaft. And they can't do anything about it. They would either take the car in for half what it is worth and I would have to buy another car from them. Ha, would never to that again. Or they would take about 300.00 off of the 2100.00 bill. So please don't ever buy a used car from them.
