I purchased a used Nissan Murano 2016 from the dealership it drove perfect on my test drive, even took it to mechanic where it got a good review. When they kept it and made the final checks and told me "I needed to replace the brakes" "I said "ill look into it." Then I signed the papers and drove it out the lot. I noticed it drove really weird for a couple of weeks, like it was pulling to the left. I was concerned that they messed with it. I took it to ********* to get the alignment checked and SURE ENOUGH, the passenger sid... read more

Tony Nissan I visited the Tony Nissan showroom in Waipahu, Hawaii to buy my new 2008 Rogue. The dealership showcases an extensive collection of latest and pre-owned Nissan models. The sales staff was quick in understanding my driving needs. I went through a smooth and easy car buying experience. I was impressed by the professionalism of the staff and buyer-friendly services offered at the dealership.

Tony Nissan I found the Tony Nissan online dealership while surfing through the Internet to buy a pre-owned Nissan car. I was impressed by the multitudinous features available at the dealer’s website. The website contains comprehensive information about all the Nissan cars displayed at the showroom and has an exclusive section on Pre-Owned vehicles. I found my certified pre-owned Altima online. The dealer’s website saved my time and money.

In November 2021, I brought my car in for a battery discharge problem when the car is parked. I had to disconnect the battery whenever I parked my 2009 NIssan Versa. I am not the original owner. They did not provide a good response to fixing the car. It now seems I don't get to speak to the service manager and there is no response to my questions that I ask a sales representative or an assistant manager. Their responses so far have been unsatisfactory and there is not effort to address my concerns.I will be trying again but t... read more

Had a 2019 Nissan leaf lease and a very disappointing trade with a 2022 Nissan leaf lease. The sales staff were not clear on a few major details about the car that would have effected my purchase. Lots of waiting and miss communication. I was told I would be informed when the 2019 would be up for purchase but I wasn't and now it is no longer available. Below is an account of my experience. On November 19, I went into Tony Nissan to inquire about options on my 2019 leaf as my lease would be ending in 2022. I met with the sale... read more

I have always opposed going to a dealership for maintenance, due in part to price and customer service. I just moved to Hawaii and my door motor for my window went out after 90,000 miles. So they replaced it, and it was expensive as you would expect. The new one recently went out after only 17 months, however it was 5 months over dealership's warrant. When I called them they said they would not cover the faulty part or labor they charged me. Not even partially cover. I typically go with local maintenance shops since they wou... read more

I am very disapointed with the autoplex. I bought a truck from there and a year later the drive shaft assembly needs to be replaced. Being that I was never in an accident or hit anything I know I didn't dent the drive shaft. And they can't do anything about it. They would either take the car in for half what it is worth and I would have to buy another car from them. Ha, would never to that again. Or they would take about 300.00 off of the 2100.00 bill. So please don't ever buy a used car from them.
