On my first visit, I found the office in North Denton to be calm and quiet, something most offices are not. Dr. Lai saw me on time, pleasant and eager to listen. He's pro-active and very considerate. My purpose on the second visit got a bit derailed, but Dr. Lai was quick to change course offering further explanations. That's when you know you have a doctor to hears you and cares about your situation. Not many do.
Dr. Lai is fantastic. He explains everything clearly and really listens to your concerns.
Dr. Lai is very personable and listens very intently to any questions or concerns. He and his staff are friendly and competent in their field. I feel comfortable with their knowledge.
Communication is key. Share exactly where you hurt and how it feels and along with your MRI Dr. Lai can pinpoint your pain.
