Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? Yes, it was comfortable Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? No, I didn't receive anything at all

Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt!

I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Was the dental equipment clean? Absolutely! It looked brand new Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Do this dentist have a good professional reputation among other dentists? Yes, they are recommended by other dentists

There was lots of available parking at their office. The office was pleasant and the staff was very caring and professional. Dr. Hsu is extremely competent. He explained his work so that I was cognizant of each step in the procedure. The procedure was painless due to precise administration of the local anaesthetic. I recommend this practice very highly and have referred others.

They spent extra time to make sure they didn't miss anything Did this dentist provide helpful oral health techniques you could practice at home? Definitely. I was given a thorough explanation about many techniques I could practice at home Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely, the customer is always right here
