Buyer beware. I went in to buy an Accord. They had one in stock with the advertised sale price of $30,075. The manager *** refused to honor the advertised price. He told me to read the fine print.. even though they advertise that price in big bold print they dont have to honor it. I told him that thats false advertising. He said it is not, they have different rules.
My 70 yr. old wife who knows nothing about cars has trusted Tony Honda to take good care of her 2016 Honda Fit for its 6-yr life. That will end today. After 6 years of little use, the car was due for another oil change and, it turns out, major maintenance, as well, at 30K miles.A "sale" price of $570 for the 30K mile service is crazy enough, but, over the phone, the service advisor convinced my wife that she needed to have her transmission fluid changed and her cooling system flushed, as well. I took my 2014 Honda CRV to Tony Honda for an oil change. Everything was fine until ****, our service advisor, told us that the maintenance code recommended that we change the transmission fluid. Trusting **** we consented and ended up adding nearly $250 to the ****. The problem is that the car has less than ****** miles. *** some research and Honda doesnt recommend changing the transmission fluid until 90K. It ends up the the code was the percentage of oil life we had left.My complaint is about the dishonest sales practices... read more

BBB customer review.On October 11, 2021 I spoke to Mt *********, I thanked him for his business and feedback.********************** informed me his dash board had codes A 1 3. Code 3 means to replace the transmission fluid.********************** told me he is satisfied now that it was the vehicle saying it needed a transmission fluid change and not the service advisor.Sincerely ****************************************** manger
