The Best! Tony has been my eye Doc for 30 years... To me he is the best eye Doc there is! he is like "Old Man Moses" with his vast knowledge of the anatomy of the eye. I think that's why he has a lot of followers and patients. Other Docs can't hold a candle to him, all they can do is learn from the "Master". There is no one better than Tony. Best eye doctor i know I've seen this eye doctor since I was ... two years old? He is very grandfatherly and very thorough with his exams. All of his staff is very friendly and helpful, which makes the visit so much more pleasant. My mother had her eyes corrected through surgery by Dr. Andrews when the technology first came out and hasn't had any problems since. It's been at least 7-8 years since she had it done. I believe he does other types of surgery too. Not sure of the cost.
