I WOULD GIVE THEM A 0 STAR IF I COULD!! I RECOMMEND TO APPLY LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!!! I may have been in the process of moving out but putting the sign up in our yard while we both were gone resulting in my property getting stolen is some devious work, you guys could not even send a text or call so I could have at least had someone watch the house. I didn’t really have any problems with this company until our power went out in the basement, we were told that an electrician was going to fix it and 4 months later no one showed up even since my roommate and I moved out. The biggest issue I have is that when I was gone for 2 weeks (roommate gone for the 2nd week) to go home and get things ready to move. I found the perfect place to rent and just before 4 yesterday I called from the rental and told them I WANT to rent this house. They told me I had to fill out an application there at the office. I live 1.5 hours away so I satay the night at hotel and go in this morning. No I may not fill out application they say because you must see it first. I say I've seen it I was already there.
