Don’t bother. They don’t answer their phone. And then when they do, they lie and say they will call you back to schedule and you never hear from them again. This happened with both me and my sister 2 years apart. I tried to use them to no avail (tried to get a hold of them and when they finally answered the guy was rude and said he’d call back so the his scheduler but blew me off). Recommended by neighbors and so happy they did. Can't say enough about how prompt and knowledgeable. Levi was great!
Bad business practices and lied to us. We asked if it would cost anything to come to house and over the phone AND the tech confirmed at the house, said there would be no charge to come to the house. Only if there was services to be provided. No services were provided and we got a bill for $340. We will never use them or recommend them.
Great showroom. Awesome staff! Very helpful.
