We have recently moved to the area and were looking for a truck. We came in to Tony Brown and met Al. He went above and beyond and took great care of us from start to finish. Cody the finance manager was fantastic as well. Listened to what we needed and was very thorough. Bought a car from Tony Brown Chevrolet for my 16 year old yesterday....First time ever I've bought a car from a dealership and only been given 1 key (with a broken key fob!) and an sent off on an almost empty tank of gas. Maybe I've been spoiled by the excellent CS I always get at the dealership I typically buy from, but (2) working keys and a full talk of gas seems like the least you could do for someone purchasing a vehicle.
Dale Moore and Al were top notch! I walked into the dealership not thinking I would be able to get anything, because of my current situation with my vehicle. Little did I know, these guys worked their tail off to get me approved for this brand new car, and got me on the road. They showed me everything and answered any questions I had. Al even helped me clean my old car out! If you need a great vehicle and great service, please go see Daie and Al at Tony Brown’s! They’ll treat you right!
