My experience with Gloria at Tonti Lakeside was completely unprofessional and honestly one of the worst apartment application experiences I’ve ever had. I was initially told my application was approved and moving forward, only to be sent a denial email FOUR DAYS later over the fact that I had not yet given a move out notice to my current apartment. My partner and I toured this apartment complex a few weeks ago. We were hesitant to apply because of the deposit fee attached to the application, especially since we had several other tours scheduled that day. The leasing agent assured us multiple times that the deposit was refundable if we decided not to move forward with Tonti and withdrew our application. This was the sole reason we chose to apply. Gloria and the entire Tonti Lakeside team have been incredible to work with. My job relocates me quite often, in fact this is the 5th city i’ve lived in since 2023, and Tonti is the first time i’ve ever renewed a lease. I moved in late March/early April of 2025, and renewed for another 12 months. The whole team is friendly, personable, supportive, and understanding.
