Bad, bad experience today. Called and scheduled a computer reset for a known TSB. Was told 15-25 minutes and that they were ready for me to come in immediately. I got there at 1:30 and gave them the specific TSB #. They wanted me to pay for .3 hr labor, but were kind enough to waive the diag fee. Fair. But then I waited over THREE HOURS before they finally told me they didn't even have the software patch in their catalog to update my car's computer. Overall good experience. Almost gave them a 5 star. I drove 200 miles to pick up a certified pre owned and just after a few days of being home I noticed several fresh oil stains where I would park the car. The vehicle was leaking motor oil so i inspected the car and right off the bat, a drenched and loose oil drain plug. My first negative review. Malory totally screwed us over and out of a car we were "waiting to become available" waited days for it to become available only to have it sent to another Ron Tonkin- for a test drive minutes after it "became available" oops sorry was all i got from her and the sales manager. Along with we did everything right it was just a glitch in our system. But did you do everything right? Absolutely, not. I can't imagine working in a sales job where this is everything right customer service.
I made an appt to get an overdue (free) update on my Mazda. Additionally, they provided Lyft twice, did a full inspection, and resolved another issue with my backup camera that needed done, all free. Roman took care of me at the desk and by phone, and was super fast, efficient, and explained everything easily… so well I didn’t really have questions lol which is rare. Michael Scott definitely wasted my time. I told him over the phone i was looking to sell or trade for a used, but when i came in person, he basically just wanted to have me trade for a new car. once i mentioned i wanted to sell it or get a used car again, he basically ended the appointment and told me to go somewhere else. He was nice about it, but he overall didn't listen, which ended up wasting both of our time. I get this is how he gets paid, but he needs to still keep in mind what the customers actually want.
