I booked a haircut/blowout online and when I showed up for the appointment the receptionist told me the stylist with my appointment is not here today and nobody else could take me. I booked several days in advance, received confirmation emails and texts. The receptionist was sympathetic but unfortunately I needed my hair done for an event and am now screwed. Just keep in mind your appointment is not guaranteed here as the calendar online may not actually represent the stylists schedules.
Winter really listens to my concerns and desires before she starts. She consistently gives me great haircuts.
Carleigh was great! She took her time and done an excellent job on my hair. I absolutely love it!
