A student has been allowed to harass a customer, and when it was brought to management's attention the customer was harassed on the phone by the manager. Both management and the Millcreek police have banned the customer from the store for simply complaining, but the student, Jordan Rosa, has been permitted to harass and threaten customer on social media. I will never set foot near this place, because it's obvious nobody knows how to run a proper business.

🗣nobody want to get their hair done by a grown women who cant keep their hands to themselves in public, let alone swing on a another grown women trying to clock into her job WITH CUSTOMERS AROUND. nobody wants to deal with someone who has an uncontrollable and unprofessional attitude. highly recommend you go somewhere els.

I'd never recommend such a place that has some disrespectful students and such horrible bullys as employees. The manager shouldn't be a loud to bully because a student was reported for bullying another individual on social media. reporting this whole company and spreading the word.

bullied and harassed by not only the students but the advisor herself Melissa. She was extremely rude screaming at me on the phone when I had called to ask a question she wouldn’t even let me talk she just screamed at me and hung up on me after. That same day she called the cops on me and reported me for “harassment” saying I’m never allowed to call the building again or show up anywhere near the property. I will never come to this place. They support such disrespectful students and obviously the teachers don’t care about others well beings. Unless you wanna get involved with bad students who will harass you I wouldn’t recommend it. Hope somethings done about their students who don’t deserve to be there.

When you go to work Monday after your Saturday Toni and Guy haircut and someone says "what the hell happened"? You know that was not a successful appointment. I think the managers need to be monitoring these first couple haircuts. If I hadn't spoken up I would have had to buy a wig and wished I were kidding.
