Over rated This chain presents itself as a stylish salon and attempts to attract the younger crowd who look to them for trendy/edgier hairstyles. It is important to ask the experience level of your stylist, however, lest you be bitterly disappointed -- some do not have the level of expereince/training you might assume. Not Recommended!!!!! I booked a haircut there. Worst haircut of my life. DO NOT BOOK WITH KATIE. Just asked for a trim, got a completly new look.After the haircut, unwilling to do anything to try and fix it. Poor customer service and do not care about keeping long-standing clients. Will never go back.
Devastating experience First, I will start by saying that I have been a loyal customer of Toni n Guy for years. I moved out of state, so it had been awhile since I last got my hair done at the salon. I was excited to go back for some highlights and lowlights, as I had nothing but good experiences previously. Also, I felt reassured when I went in knowing that everyone has to go through the same training in order to work at Toni n Guy, so I didn't worry too much about who did my hair. Wont Go Anywhere Else I've been a client for 3 years at the store in Alpharetta. I've had problems with every other salon because they were not current with the latest styles. I'm a working professional and understand that the stylist use their imagination for an edgyer style, but if you communicate with your stylist, they will give you the best cut for you and your style! They aren't supposed to read minds!! I constantly get compliments about my hair and have now referred 5 other people to go to this salon. Please trust me.... read more
Toni and Guy Rocks I went to the Toni and Guy Salon in Kennesaw and have also visited the one in Alpharetta. I was worried that the cost of a stylish salon would be more than I was willing to pay but decided to splurge and found that the cost was very reasonable. I only go there now.
