Worst hair cut ever in Portland – Paid $55 for one of their new stylists (this was their lowest price), and learned that this was the stylists first job after beauty school (which she said she hated and thought about dropping out several times). Went back one week later after feeling like she didn't take any hair off, and brought in pictures to show her exactly what I wanted. She proceeded to hack my hair for over an hour, and I lift looking like Carol Brady in 1978, and not at all like the picture that I brought in. I've ha... read more

It's the best haircut and color I've ever had! – Dear Ross and Liz, It's the best cut and color I've every had! I came to you with a picture and an idea, and you came out with better than the picture. The cut and color is glamorous and easy. If anybody has to look good by 7 a.m. you are the people to come to. baliage by gray – I've tried a number of salons since moving to portland with overpriced, mediocre results. I'll never go anywhere but TG from now on. I am so glad I found gray. He is incredibly talented! I've seen him twice, once for full balayage and just recently for partial balayage. hair painting/balayage & cut – After hearing mixed reviews... I decided to give toni & guy a try. I was in search of a new cut and quality color and wanted a little more of an edgier more stylish cut. Great experience and for a reasonable price! erin cut my hair. She's more "junior" as far as rate, but she's really great. I have to compliment Diane. She is the best stylist that I have ever come across. I am so picky and never happy with the outcome. But Diane changed that for me. I called to make an appt. yesterday and she is gone. They wouldn;t tell me where she is, so if anyone out there knows, please pass that info along.

Awesome hair – I have been going here for 6 years. Last time I got my hair cut done by Jaquiline..I don't know how to spell her name right but anways it was a great cut. She did exactly what I wanted and I am very picky about what I want. The only con was that I was late to work because she took so long cutting it. Normally it takes 1-2 hrs but this time it took 3 and I wasn't expecting that. She did do a good job though and told me she was sorry she made me late to work. I had great color and highlights done by Ceanna about a year ago..when my roots were in dire need of a touchup I went to a salon closer to home. Let's just say that was a mistake! I learned my lesson and will only go back to Ceanna for color she is awesome!

BAD customer service, Below Average cut – First off What kind of CLOWN do they have working the front desk?! I believe his name was Blake or something, but when I called to schedule an appointment a couple of weeks ago, he was very rude and seemed as If was a bother. When I finished making an appointment he just hung up. No "goodbye", nothing!
