Terrible service and refused to correct mistakes. Having a policy that only allows a poorly done haircut to be corrected by the original hairdresser (especially when that hairdresser was uncooperative and defensive during the appointment) is unfair

Stephanie is amazing! Her scissoring skills are mesmerizing. She’s very down-to-earth, and being around her feels great. Overall, the whole team and the salon have such a positive vibe.

Worst experience ever. I came here because I always went to Toni and Guy in Pakistan, and they were the best. Never had to over explain. The stylist I saw here is supposed to be one of the senior ones, yet despite my explaining and showing pictures, she ruined my hair. She even shaved off the hair at the back without permission. Never again. All I wanted was an angled bob, one I’ve had for the last 10 years, and there’s barely an angle to my hair. I’ve been going to Ramin at Toni and Guy Queen for over a year now and he always does such a good job. Listens to what you want and doesn’t just mindlessly chop off hair! Hair looks super healthy after it’s done! Would recommend 10/10!
