I had an excellent experience at Tonic Eye Care. Dr. Kelly (Sung Hee) Lee was thorough and professional, taking the time to clearly explain every step of the eye exam and the results. She provided care that went beyond what you’d expect from a typical optical store. The entire staff was friendly, and registered optician Hannah Ro was especially outstanding—helping me book my appointment, choose the perfect frames, and adjust them to fit perfectly. I will definitely be returning here for my future eye care needs.

From the Front Office who welcome you with a smile and make you feel very welcome to Dr. Janet Tan who was very patient, answered all my questions, did all the relevant tests and explained everything to me, I would say it was a great experience. This was an excellent place for my son to have an eye exam. He cried so much getting an exam at general non-specialized place we went to, and having the ability to talk to kids and have fun ways to give them a test without making them feel like they're failing, and it was good for kids that can't read yet.
My first experience at Tonic Eye Care & Vision was extremely positive. Dr. Kelly Lee was warm and friendly yet at the same time extremely professional; explaining everything in detail. The entire staff are super nice and go out of their way to make one feel comfortable. Hannah was exceptionally helpful in choosing new frames. I would definitely recommend this clinic to others.
