I had a great experience. They have excellent, friendly staff. Dr. Tan is very knowledgeable and explains any issues clearly and thoroughly. I’m very happy I chose Tonic Eye Care
They dont offer true emergency eye care (or triage for eye injury) as it would appear online. I have severe swelling, called front desk for support and was told I couldn't come 10mins to close, and they couldn't see me the following day either bc they were booked with regular exams. I suggest Tonic Eye Care & Vision Therapy update their information to reflect their practices so people who need emergency support dont waste time going through the website creating patient profiles.
I had an absolutely wonderful experience. I visited due to dry eyes, and floaters, and they provided a very thorough examination. Dr. Kelly was especially attentive, explained everything in detail, and kindly guided me through aftercare instructions. She was very professional! The reception desk staff were very welcoming from the moment I walked in until the moment I left. If you are considering an eye clinic in Toronto, I highly recommend this place!

I am so thankful to have come to Tonic Eye Care a month ago for an eye exam! They were able to see that there was definitely an issue happening with my eyes, and timely referred me to an excellent Ophthalmologist! Thankfully I was seen very quickly, and had the appropriate treatment for the narrow angled glaucoma, and I am so thankful that the amazing staff at Tonic Eye Care diagnosed that there was an issue, and acted on it so quickly!
