I was sent a bouquet of flowers from Tonic Blooms yesterday. It was everything a person could want. The packaging was sturdy and well designed. The vase was lovely. The flowers were beautiful and fresh, and were exactly the colours I wanted. The instructions in how to set up the bouquet for maximum longevity were very easy to follow. I give them 10 / 10.
I ordered from here to cheer up my dear sister and the flowers, service and delivery were all impeccable. I will recommend them to anyone. Best of all, it made my sister’s day! Thank you !

I had a bit of an issue with the outcome of the flowers I ordered and Tonic Blooms reached out soon after and explained in detail their process which I understand now. They do care about the satisfaction of their customers and I feel it's genuine and it goes a long way. The only reason why I am not giving them 5 stars is because of my initial experience, but I will recommend them now. Thank you!
