Toni was a pleasure to talk to and was very informative explaining my problem. I got all my questions answered and never felt like I was rushed. If I have more problems I would go back to see her again in a heartbeat.
In 2020, I began seeing Toni McGinnis, NP at Steeplechase. I never saw Dr Flax (supervising physician), because she was about to retire, working very part-time. I'm not sure if she's still there, because at the time, I complained to CoxHealth about my experience, but as usual their so-called investigation showed she did nothing wrong... a very common response from their Patient Experience Dept.
