It was a terrible hair cut. My last Toni &Guy experience was awesome. This time I watched the hairdresser took an hour and 1/2 to figure out how to put her nails in the scissors. No one asked me if I needed a water. I would love for someone to recut it. My work stated to me, well, it will grow out! Will it? I am disappointed at my last hair cut nothing is cut right

Omg I had the best experience at Toni and Guy. My hair stylist was Jo Jo. I had a wash and blow out. I will definitely be coming back. Jo Jo gave me a mini scalp, neck and temple massage. Not to mention he did a wonderful blow out. Much needed because I am pregnant with twins. I felt relaxed the whole time !! Thank you Jo Jo!!

I had Teecy, a Master Stylist Highlight my hair & it’s normally around $275-$300. Teecy AFTER PUTTING HIGHLIGHTS IN MY HEAD in July 2025, said it would be another $200. You don’t do that. That is why I didn’t go back. Why did I wait until now to complain? Because this price she SAYS I agreed to BEFORE is not listed anywhere. That’s why. $500 for Highlights is not on their Price List?
