The Texas Board of Dental Examiners found that Dr. Carr filled two of my teeth that X-rays showed had no cavities. She was ordered to reimburse me, and eventually did so. The first unnecessary filling was done three weeks after another Board disciplinary order where she was found to have charged patients for work that was not performed.

Who can actually say that their dentist office is one of their happy places? Me! I can! Why, because Dr. Carr and the entire staff at Inspiring Smiles are AMAZING.
