The floor looks incredible and Robert did a remarkable job with his patches. He is knowledgeable, pleasant, professional, punctual, and very thorough. There were opportunities for him to make more on the job, but he was open and honest about their limited necessity and ultimately saved us some money. Worth every penny!
We contracted Rob to refinish our hardwood floors. To say he is a perfectionist is an understatement. He made the entire process simple. Punctual, responsive, informative, detailed, transparent are just a few words to describe how great he is.
