Great experience!! Huge shout out to the stagers and photographer who did an amazing job! The entire team was on it and very helpful. Highly recommend!
Tongg + Partners sold our condo and — no exaggeration — it was the easiest part of owning that place. Fast replies, straight answers, zero chasing them down. And when our building's management got difficult, they just... handled it. Quietly, competently, no drama. Every hiccup along the way got solved before it became a problem. If you're selling a condo, a house, or most things with a roof, honestly, these are your people. Mahalo to the whole team — would work with them again in a heartbeat. They're now our go-to.
Tongg + Partners is the absolute best. We used Char to purchase our home on Oahu and then about 10 years later we used her again to sell the same home. The team is professional and has excellent communication. I recommend them to anyone buying or selling in Hawaii!! They have great local connections to keep the deal moving smoothly and get to close on time. If we are lucky enough to purchase in Hawaii again, we would 100% use Tongg + Partners. We had complete peace of mind trusting our home purchase and sale to Tongg + Partn... read more
Elayne and the team went above and beyond to help us find a home, and far exceeded all expectations despite a large time difference and long-distance challenges. I highly recommend anyone, military or otherwise, to choose tongg partners and especially Elayne for all their home buying needs!

I had a lot of requirements and things I was concerned about, but they were professional and understood but furthermore made everything perfect thank... read more
