Met Dr /glazer when he took care of me at RGH where I was admitted thru emergency. Placed catheter in to allow infection from kidney to drain. Then removed cathether and replaced with new one and then eventually removed it.Have only had one trip to office for final removal and all went well
22yrs ago after a PSA of 4 & a biopsy, the Dr ordered a CT scan to determine if my prostrate cancer had spread. The scan revealed I also had kidney cancer. Both were discovered so early that neither required chemo or radiation.
He has always treated me with respect I have been going to him for over 25 years with no problems
My father went to a different urology center for a 2nd UTI in a year, and without any examination, or further testing, the doctor told us my father needed a prostate operation. Through the patient portal, I asked if there were alternate treatments besides an operation. After 10 days (guarantee 48 hour response) I received a 3 bullet response, those 3 bullets: the 3 different operations, and not one word more. Lied to me about surgical recovery details before I signed the consent form, then admitted that he lied during the post op. Avoid at all costs.
Like a good neighbor, Dr. Eichel is always there helping others like myself and making a difference in our lives! He is a doctor that is “all in”. Thank you Dr. Eichel! You are the best.
Dr. Glaser and his staff provide comprehensive and considerate care in the screening for prostate cancer through a thorough explanation of anticipated procedures coupled with attention to patient comfort. The follow-up with findings was prompt and pertinent. I am relieved to know that I could not have asked for or expected better care. He is truly a very dutiful doctor.
If I could give ZERO stars, I would! Right from the first step into the room, he was so arrogant. He didn't care to listen to what I had to say and made me feel like an idiot and talked down to me the entire visit. While hospital doctors and my PCP are all trying to help get me an answer, this 'doctor' pretty much slammed the door in my face and wasn't willing to help me. His response was 'I think they're all barking up the wrong tree'. Unacceptable. Terrible bedside manner. Will NOT recommend him to anyone.
I have been a patient of The Center of Urology at the Culver Road office since 1989. I have seen Dr DiMarco up until his retirement. He is very knowledgeable, professional and I was disappointed to hear he retired. Today I saw Dr Tonetti. He made me feel comfortable and he too is very knowledgeable. The front desk staff is very friendly and professional! They are always polite and helpful on the phone. I would definitely recommend the Center for Urology!
