A very comfortable place! Justin listens to what you have problems with with your hair. He makes excellent suggestions. Very fairly priced!
It’s been my experience that if an appointment is missed. There’s a set amount upfront that you are aware of. Not a 100% charge for appointment. People make mistakes and mix up days. It happens to the best of us. I find that a service here was unfair. I do not recommend.
I'll start by saying this is mostly my fault for making a mistake. When the lady finally answered to schedule an appointment (took her a while) her attitude was bad. I could tell she didn't want to honor the gift cards I had received. Anyways she says she can only do a red as dark as auburn so I was gonna look and see what they had. She set the appointment on a Tuesday and I MESSED IT UP IN MY HEAD completely thought it was for Thursday I didn't miss it on purpose and when I discovered my mistake on wed I called freaking out... read more
Cancellation policies should be shared with customers wheb an appointment is made. Charging someone $250 for a cancellation seems a little steep.
Love my stylist -Leanne. Been going to her a number of years. Location is convenient and shop on clean and welcoming
