From when Miss Stephanie picks up the phone to assist you, to Van getting the toner to our office, the service is exceptional. Our toner gets here within 24 hours of order and Van takes the extra time to check our printers if something is going on with them at no additional charge. Both Van & Stephanie are very kind and professional. I highly recommend using them for your toner/printing needs!
I have always had GREAT service with Toner Refill! EXCELLENT customer service. There have been one or two cartridges that just didn't want to work for me, but they took care of it right away and now pre-test all my cartridges to prevent it from happening again. VERY pleased with this company!
We have a great printer that can really pump out the copies. It quit working, so we figured we needed to have the ink refilled. Due to our positive past experience..... ..... I can't tell you how impressed I am. My printer ran out of ink.... the business I usually go to was on the other side of the city. I called "Toner Refill" for the very first time, and found out not only did my main cartridges needing filled cost less, but they do FREE delivery as well.
