Johnstone Supply has been using Toner Refill since 2012. This company has outstanding customer service from when placing an order with Stephanie to when our toner cartridges are delivered. I appreciate that Toner Refill recycles the cartridges instead of us sending them to a landfill. Their prices are extremely competitive and delivery is prompt. Vance has been extremely helpful in keeping our printers, copier and fax machines in good working order. This company is a pleasure to work with and I would strongly recommend them.
I had what I thought was a problem with one ink cartridge which turned out to be two cartridges. Toner Refill discovered not only one but two cartridges with a problem and they replaced both. I also needed another cartridge which was almost out and the repairman was ready with the additional cartridge so I was able to purchase the one I needed without the need to wait, right then and right there.
