The food was amazing! Came during restaurant and everything from the drinks to the dessert was great! Our waiter Akil was awesome very knowledgeable about the menu and gave us great recommendations! Ever come here sit in Akil section!
Highly recommend Tondee’s, food great, staff exceptional. The history of the restaurant makes it fascinating. The cheesecake is melt in your mouth delicious.
So for my moms birthday we came to Savannah and spur of the moment decided to come eat at this place Tondee’s Tavern. Let me tell ya the employees are AWESOME (**especially our waiter Fed), while we waited for our food my son was talking to Fed about Zelda and the manager came over and joined in before offering Michael his Switch to play with while waiting. Fantastic food & great service! The atmosphere was fun , sports on & good music playing. So glad we ran across this place by chance. I highly recommend going if your are in the downtown Savannah area!

Food was fantastic and well priced. Staff was friendly and interactive. I had a NY Strip and blackened shrimp. Desert was key lime pie.
Always a great experience. Akil was our waiter and he was terrific! Great food, great atmosphere and decent prices. The Pole burger is truly a delicious masterpiece.
