Terrible Establishment Lie about what they will pay you for junk cars over the phone.
I bought a tail light on ebay from these Aholes it was for my Father in laws Towncar. Sadly enough my Father in law recently passed away before my husband could put the tail light on the car. Now the car is going into probate so when I called to return it and get a refund they flat out said no they have a no refund policy- and couldn't bend not even for this. COLD HEARTED !!! Never again !!!!
When they want to overprice you on a Mazda grill and tell them "hey, I found it cheaper here but ide like to give you my business" and their answer is "if you found it cheaper there, why haven't you bought it there.."my answer simply was, I haven't gotten time and the reps response "well they also deliver". As a business owner my self my job is to help the costumer and get to a conclusion together. NOT ARGUE with him or have a smart comment.
Ordered a spare tire. When it finally came in, it was the wrong size and wrong year. Very unprofessional and extremely bad service. Save yourself the frustration and go some place else.
Really bad service I order there stuff promise I'll get it next day and the stuff didn't arrive ..and when it got there it was in bad shape not was I was expecting...
