We will never order from Tonbo again. We dine in and order Togo multiple times a month from them. We ONLY eat out. I called at 8:18 on Monday night (they close at 9) to put in a p/u order. They answered saying they stopped taking orders already and asked when and she said cpl mins ago. Really? Nice policy, I called another restaurant also closing at 9 and they accepted my order and said it would be ready in 15-20 mins. I'm sorry that we were unable to take your order. Over the past 3 weeks, we have had more customers dining in than normal. Because of this, we prioritize cooking for our dine in tables because our kitchen is not large enough to keep up with the orders inside the restaurant as well as to go orders.
