I met with Dr. Perez on a Monday to discuss HoLEP surgery to treat my BPH. He thoroughly explained the procedure, the desired outcome and the possible side effects. I felt fully informed by the time I agreed to the procedure. Dr. Perez was able to get me into surgery that Friday. The surgery was successful and I am now recuperating. Kudos to the entire staff at Lovelace, from pre-op through post-op for their professionalism and caring attitude.

It's almost impossible to get a call back, their staff doesn't show any interest on doing their job, have called numerous times to schedule surgery for the second time. First time their office failed to send orders, they sent orders for bloodwork on a Friday noon and surgery was the next Tuesday morning. Almost impossible to get them to call back to reschedule or to simply follow up.
