We had a positive experience purchasing a 2014 Ford Focus. Rocco was friendly, made the entire process easy from start to finish, and we never felt pressured into making a decision. Don't waste your time! Spoke with these folks Three Days in advance before a 5hr Drive. They call while I'm 35 minutes away from their location to tell me that the check engine light had come on, proceed to tell me that I could turn around and go back home or wait 3hrs for a Repair. Upon arrival didn't get to Veiw the vehicle At All, this Guy Didn't Want Cash! I came with over $8Grand & he wanted to Finance instead of a right out Sale! Who turns down Cash!?
