The menu served at our son and daughter-in-law’s wedding (Ruben and Jessmyn Ortiz), on April 14 th, was exceptional! We had family and friends from very far and wide with us that day. All we heard from everyone was that the food was fantastic! The effort and care in the preparation of the food from SO early in the morning, to the presentation, and then the service at meal time was personable and professional. Truly deserving of nothing but great reviews. Thank you for everything!!
I've never had Tom's cater an event before but I work with Tom and have come to know him very well over the years. I have however had the opportunity to taste a wide variety of his food and his smoked meats, macaroni & cheese, baked beans, BBQ sauces, and more are all made from scratch and are amazingly delicious.
Just tried Tom's BBQ for the first time last night at the Redlands Market Night and holy yum their food is tasty!! Great work!
Had Tom cater our party yesterday and it was awesome. So much food, so delicious. Pulled Pork, Ribs, tri-tip, beans & Mac and cheese. Everything was amazing. All of our guests were asking for his card. He was also very responsive, took care of all the details, left the place spotless when he was done and was less expensive then some other operations. Would highly recommend to anyone having a party! I hope you get to enjoy his amazing food.
