DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT take your RV to Tom's RV in Langford. They had our unit for 11mos and it still isn't fixed. Brian is short with people, has a anger problem, gets frustrated and is just plain rude!. The one thing he said they fixed was the fridge and we just plugged it in and it's still not working and we leave on the 1st. We went and asked him to send someone to look at it and he refused and said he was tired of dealing with us and to get out!!!!! Great Customer Service as well..............
