RecommendedLove Doctor Wayman and all hi staff. I have been going to this office since I was 18 I am now 53. Very thorough. They take time with their patients.
Been there for more than 15 years they lost my trust and faith I’m looking for a new family doctor this place is horrible
Love the staff but be prepared for a very long wait even with an appointment. I’m going on an hour now sitting in a room
I called at 10am to see if they accept walk ins. They do, but there are none available today. What????
Sandy is great but the office staff are terrible. They go on lunch and don't put the phones back on until 10 minutes after they should. I've been calling for an hour now trying to return a call about important lab results and can't get a human on the phone. 25+ phone calls and not a single one has been answered. Left voicemails 3x in the past week with no call back. Completely unacceptable.
Sandra is THE BEST! She really cares about her patients, which you can feel immediately when she walks through the door. She's great at what she does and takes amazing care of her patients! Honestly, better than any other "primary care doctor" I've ever had before.
Been a patient over 15 years. I find Dr. Wayman and his staff very friendly and Dr. Wayman takes the time to explain everything to you. They have great knowledge and have always been courteous to me.
Been a patient there for over 15 years and it keeps getting worse and worse. I was told come in at 3pm for an appointment, I come in, Oh No you don't have an appointment today.. You can come back after 5pm for a walk in After hours visit.. Left very annoyed for wasting my time.. Went to the Walk In Medical on Rt 37 by Kohl's in and out in 10 minutes
Been a patient for 3 years good service , long wait but like it whole family visit here Nurse practitioner good Sandy and Amanda are great treat u in confidence
