Appt scheduled frm 8-12 today. No one showed up or called. Spoke with the person that answered the phone and she did not express any interest in earning my business. Happy to post that great customer service does exist! Received a phone call from one of the employee (not management) apologized and is making it right. Thank you, Jim!
Hot water pipe leaking under slab. Expected them to jackhammer, pull cabinets and lose the ceramic tile floor and countertop, take days. Not so. Took 2 men 4 hours. Ran freezeproof pipe inside the walls and across the attic. Everything concealed. No evidence of repair, works great. Cleaned up and put away. Could not be happier. Fraction of the cost otherwise.
