RecommendedI had a leak test done on my house and after it was done my kitchen since backed up two days later. Called Ben Franklin and they came out and unstopped the drain but it stopped up again. Called them back and the drain was permanently stopped up and they quoted a 6K quote to remove and replace the pipe from under my house. Tom’s sent out Samuel the next day and he unstopped my drain in less than 20 minutes. For half the price of BF!!! UPDATE: When they realized they had a communication problem and hadn’t provided the best service, they made it right. I will use them again and recommend them. They had a hiccup and when they realized it, made it right. Showed that they had integrity. I will give them 5 stars. Previous post: I am giving 3 instead of 5 for two reasons. I called about an issue, they showed up and did the work. I asked about a second problem, but the tech didn’t have what he needed to do that job. Tom's has been to our house maybe 12 times in the past 30 years. Reasonable prices, friendly service, hometown folks. We use them for our rent property as well.
Jeremy and Sam did an awesome job! If you have a plumbing issue, call Toms!
We had them out to fix a slab leak and install a new water heater, they did a great job!
