Let me layout the situation. Sunday morning. Slides are out. Rv is cleaned and packed up, just have to pull in the slides. Guess what? Slides don’t retract. Ugh. Did I forget to mention it was a holiday weekend? So I trying calling all places fix my rv. No answers. Then I try Tom’s. No only did he answer, he walked us through a few scenarios to help us fix the problem. Oooooh, I forgot to tell you that we were in Minnesota and he’s in Florida. After the job was completed I got the bill that was made out by Toms Technition and I saw that there was a mistake because I felt I was being charged double for the work that was done, but 7:00 Am next morning I got a call from Tom apologizing that his tech made out the invoice wrong and I had been overcharged, he gave me the correct figure and that is what I had expected the job to cost, He could have left it the way it was but he was honest enough to admit there was a mistake and make it right, I would gladly do business w... read more
