So thankful I stumbled upon this shop! My headlight connecter was melted and I couldnt just change my bulb. Went to 3 different shops and called dealership before stumbling upon Tom's Mobil Service. Over the phone guy wasnt very friendly but when I arrived the man was nice respectful and fit me in same day and it didnt even take 30mins. I won’t take my vehicles anywhere else! Finally a mechanic you can trust. It’s locally owned, most places these days are owned by private equity. They’ve helped me more times than I can recall on this review. Do yourselves a favor and take your vehicle to Toms mobile.
I’ve come in a couple times and have nothing but good things to say about the team. The way a neighborhood shop should be!
Dont go there. Save yourself time, money & headache. Screwed me over for $1500+, was rude, & eventually went unresponsive. I really love supporting local businesses but this one I cant get behind Edit: putting this edit here because it wont let me reply to the owners response.
