For context’s sake. I just got my 1st Harley so I was not exactly familiar with parts, accessories, etc. I called to get an estimate on getting a new set of handlebars. They asked if I had my own kit (to which I was unaware that meant wire extensions & the like) I asked them to elaborate & he went on this whole rude spiel about how he needs to make money & again asked if I had a kit.
