Pat came yesterday and found out what the problem was. Today Rob came in and installed the new part. Both Pat and Rob did a wonderful Job. Glad they where around to help. I would recommend Tom's Heating and Cooling any time.

We had to use Tom's one frigid January day when our furnace decided to stop working. They were so responsive, offered a couple of things to check before sending someone to service it and kept us posted when the repair man was on his way (even told us his name, what he was driving and sent a photo, which we thought was great). We highly recommend them!
