Matt performed maintenance on our heat pump. He was very thorough, explained everything to us, showed us what we should do ourselves, and checked the entire installation, as Tom's did not install. Highly recommend to anyone.

2025: Had issue with AC where condenser coil's froze - Rob came in and determined that the Freon was depleted. Working on options… After consultation moved to purchase a York Heat Pump which is vastly more efficient and integrated with our existing system - house is now cool for the first time in a month.
