Tom is great I Have used him for years i highly recommend him.
Called yesterday to schedule a free estimate appointment as advertised on website. Was told that estimates cost $39 and weren’t free. Referenced the website marketing and was put on a hold. Employee said oh yeah, sure but you have to provide your email. Appointment was scheduled for today between 3-5, 30 min call ahead. Company did not show, did not receive a call. The technician called as he was on his way and he arrived on time. He assessed the problem and explained to me the options I had to solve the problem.He was polite, professional and very knowledgeable.He answered all of my questions. He was able to get the door running smoothly within a short time. I will definitely recommend them.
Called Tom's Garage Doors Repairs Monday and they arrived the same day. After I decided on which door opener to get, the tech got to work. He was very professional and informative. I was very satisfied with his work and he was finished in about 1 hour! Great job and I highly recommend this company!
