Shame on you! The manager of your sweet shop should lose her job after this. Its discrimination as well as abuse! Ignorance is not an excuse when the family is there to educate. I am of course speaking of the injustice to the Santos family and their special needs daughter and her service dog being treated with such a lack of compassion.
It's disgusting that you would refuse a child to enter your business because her trained, tested, and certified service dog is a "pit bull" Shame on you.
Service dogs of all breeds welcome here! But, if we don't recognize that your dog is indeed a service dog, we will scream at your family and make your children cry!
This sounded like a place I'd like to visit until I read about your ignorant response to an autistic girl and her Pitbull service dog. I will not waste my time or money at a place that shows such blatant discrimination.
I am outraged at your removal of an autistic child and her service dog, simply because the dog was a pit bull. What are you thinking? Obviously you have no problem with discrimination. Why would I recommend this place? By the way, where's your public apology?

as an owner/handler of a service dog myself, i can only hope that the little girl's parents go and report you directly to the Department of Justice of the United States of America for your ILLEGAL denial of a service animal on the premises.
