This establishment turned away a therapy dog and his autistic charge just because the dog was a pit bull. A therapy dog is permitted anywhere regardless of its breed.

I will not go to a place that discriminates against disabled children and service animals. I live in California and this is a disgrace. They cannot even admit they are wrong. This dog is this Childs rock and lets her be able to have a somewhat normal life. I think you need to take a look at your policy. I would bet if it was a pocket Chi that you would not have said anything. I wish there was a negative rating.

After traumatically yelling at an autistic little girl and her service dog and her family and kicking them out, while breaking federal laws, you expect people to come and be treated the same way. I don't think so. And where is the Santos family apology that you promised a month and a half ago? Did you lose their phone number? Bad, no TERRIBLE public relations! Keep on making this matter worse for yourselves. Soon, EVERYBODY will know about your customer relations and how you break the laws. You are only making matters worse ... read more

Oh Toms. I've been going there for decades and live close enough to enjoy your fruit and veggies regularly. Most of my furniture came from your store. I've brought my dogs, including my rotties, for years and have enjoyed the welcoming treatment we receive. I so hope this manager has been removed. Regardless of the dogs breed, any "Manager" who could treat a child, especially a disabled child, in such a cruel and aggressive manner, can not be allowed near the public again. That one action is horrific to most and certainly do... read more

Shame on this company. Shame that your manager does not know how to treat people. Shame that she denied that young girl and her family. Even if you were in the right you do not stand there and yell at people, but you were not in the right so makes it even worse. Will never visit this place and will spread the word. Teach your people how to treat people and how to talk to people and listen to people. Very very sad. Shame Shame Shame
