My first purchase at Tom's Cycle and I couldn't have gone any better. They treated me like a life long customer. My bike and paperwork were ready when I arrived. I live 2 hours away and purchased the bike over the phone. Super friendly staff! The owner, Tom, even helped me load my bike! It's nice to see the owner still involved with day to day customer service. I'd buy another one from them in a heart beat!
Great place to go buy something. They stand by everything they sell. Justin has been an amazing salesman to work with. I couldn't ask for a better place to buy a side by side or atv. I would recommend anyone to come here. We dealt with Justin the enitre time but everyone seems friendly and great workers. I am 100% happy with my services. They stood behind the warranty 100%.
called yesterday told them what I had they gave me a trade estimate drove 1 1/2 hours waited another hour the owner doesn't like arctic cat so he told me he was not interested would not waste your time with them alot better dealers out there

great people to deal with give you the best prices I drive 45 minutes to buy stuff off of these guys and I have a place that's 5 minutes away and another one that's 30 minutes away I drive straight past both of them to come here. awesome people.
Their prices are much higher than manufacturers listed MSRP. I looked at a 50cc ATV and price given was $200 higher than msrp. I asked what best price is and was told they’d come down $49 which was still $150 over. That price was before fees too. I called another dealer in Johnstown and was given the msrp price. Be careful!
Watch out when dealing with this business! My family and I were by here today to look at buying another motorcycle after the previous one we got here was in an accident. Mike was showing my dad a bike when Mike noticed a small tear in the seat my dad got off of. Mike claims it was my familys fault and tried charging us for the entire seat, and when we asked to see a manager about it he appeared nervous and said the manager wasnt in and that instead of paying for all of the seat we could pay for half of it.
