Worst customer service experience and worst product quality for any major purchase I’ve ever had. Not everything they did was bad, but too many of my emails and questions to them were never responded to. My new Lance trailer had 13 quality issues in the first two weeks. On delivery the refrigerator worked only occasionally, the toilet leaked, and the light above the sink only worked occasionally. Called for a service appt for my Tab S when the heater went out. The service manager scheduled the appt, but told me the problem was often a hidden pair of glass fuses and explained how to change them. It worked! Hard to find that kind of honesty these days!
Excellent experience! Jason Amalong is very knowledgeable and awesome to work with. No sales pressure, he goes out of his way to help you make the right choice. Likewise the service department goes out of their way to make sure your happy and leave the facility with safe equipment. I’ve made 3 major purchases from Tom’s over the years and very pleased with them all.
Spoke with Jason in sales at the Mesa store, I ended up driving 2 hours and purchased a used camper shell in excellent shape for my truck. I never did see Jason and never even received a thank you for my purchase😟😟...the facility itself is awesome with tons of trailers, campers etc to peruse
